Interesting Ties from Bankruptcy Lawyers in Boca Raton ripoff

First off, reading the reports on GoldStar Financial sounds exactly like the problems consumers have had with Berkshire Financial Solutions, Inc., who has incidentally fled the business world leaving no return address or contact. The ripoff report #39336 lists a persons troubles with Goldstar, mentioning a lawyer by the name of Michael J. Mella.

This person was incorrect in thinking the deceased Michael Mella in NY is one and the same. The bankruptcy lawyer Michael Mella is alive and well. The BBB website for that part of Boca Raton Florida lists Berkshire Financial Solutions, "also does business as The Law Offices of Michael J. Mella, Esq."

Berkshire Financial Solutions and the complaints from its customers are EXACTLY the same as those for Goldstar. And its interesting Michael Mella is named in both.

Incidentally, Customers of Berkshire Financial Solutions all have contracts with a lawyer named James H. Leighton listed as business attorney for Berkshire. This same James H. Leighton is also listed as the CHIEF ARBITRATOR for Boca Raton's Better Business Bureau. Looks like he's got his bases covered.

It is looking to me like a few of these Boca Raton bankruptcy lawyers have their hands a lot dirtier than the O'Tooles. Its amazing how every fact uncovered about Goldstar is exactly the same information as found on Berkshire Financial Solutions, Inc.
