Consumer rip-off fraud

In November I received a card in mail. The card stated that I was approved for $4000-$7,500 in credit, along with a satellite receiver and cell phone. I deposited 249.00 in my savings account and they withdrew in 2 days. I never received my credit card so I called them. They said they would send it in 10 days, I never received it. I called back again and they said they would send another welcome package and never did. We were scammed.
