Did not receive personal loan was guarenteed to received

I applied for a personal loan, I was contacted by Allen Webster who informed me that I was approved for a $5000.00 loan on the condition I could pay the first 5 payments up front which I did on Friday Dec 12th, I received another phone call fro Drake Rogers who said there was a miscommunication and that I neede to pay 5more payments up front which I did, total payment of $1600.00. Mr Drake therefore sent me a "letter of Guarentee" that I would receive this loan within 3hours into my checking account. This did not happen, I called him several times and left messages to return my call. He did not return call and still hasn't. On Saturday Dec 13th I received a phone call from Eric at Winchester stating I needed to pay for insurance on the loan, $1000.00. I informed him I could not do this, he said this is the only way I could get the loan. I told him to cancel my loan and refund my money, he told me that I would get a certified check in 3-5 days. I called this company again today to make sure that my refund is in transit, no one has returned my call. I also faxed a letter to cancel my loan and refund my funds. Do not do business with this company they'll bleed you dry and you won't get you loan.
