Constant-multiple calls

These people have been calling me with a recorded call about every other day for a couple of months. I finally called themyesterday, they started asking about my ex-wife (3 years divorced) and I told them she dose not live here and we have been divorced 3 years. Now they have stepped UP their calls! They called me 4 times yesterday and have already called twicetoday. I've been told that according to the "collection and fair practices act" that they can call a disinterested 3 party (ME) only once to attempt to find said debtee and can be finded $5,000.00 for each occurance after that. If so they owe me $25,000.00 as of today12-12-08 1:23 P.M. Cst. They won't listen to me!!! Can someone stop this harrassement???
