There website. Not obtained exactly the same till now. So i called-up the phone call

Middle and ended the merchandise on 12/10. The call-center representative informed

Me that my purchase is finished ended plus they would not be getting something on my account. But nowadays 12/12 I had been surprised to determine that $4.99 was taken from my consideration and that I haven't obtained any product. This is just a scam organization and that I don't need them to withhold any further cash from my account. Can someone help.
