I just came on this site for the 1st time today ever after receiving notice from Riverside Lenders saying I was approved for a $7000 loan but needed to pay $688.02 up front and have money wired to me in a few hours. I researched their name found there was a scam report on here against them. When I signed up to do a rebuttal on this website. I found a report with MY NAME stating they were a reputable company. I DID NOT post this! I contacted the FTC and they said this was a for sure sign of a scam. It is ILLEGAL to ask for money up front on a loan. Now they have my name address and phone # and are apparently using it all over the web to proclaim their innocence. I am going to contact them again today and ask them some legality questions and will update with their responses. Again MIKE CONNER from NEW PHILADELPHIA OH DID NOT receive monies from this company and I believe it is a SCAM. Be aware.
