Refund unauthorized charges

I replied to an ad for this acaipure (viewed on the oprah present) who incidentally i'll be suing for false ad... Was just designed to pay the s/h chgs. Well to date they've removed from my account (unauthorized) 96.35... I do want to understand how i understand this money back and just how i start getting touching the corporation to refund the money and cancel any orders they've sent or are submitting the near future??? May anybody """assist""""
