Charged my account for "FREE" report

When I got onto Freecreditreport.com, I thought I could find out for FREE what it was. When my bank statement came out, I had been charged $14.95 for this "FREE" service.
When I called to dispute it, I was told they could not find my info. I asked to speak with a manager and was told none were available.
I continued to request info from them until they finally said they would credit my account. Don't give up when you are being ripped off. Fight for your rights.
