Ripoff misrepresentation & loan shark fees not explained when account opened or pamphlet given

Please note i have been trying for past 4 weeks to get overcharges deducted from my checking account for which this bank claimed these loanshark charges were explained to me but clearly were not which the highest cost was $72.00 for a 1 month service charge.

After voicing my displeasure with the loansharking and ripoff practices i offered an compormise to pay
1/3 of thes high charges for the past 4months which i have been charged thes high fees and requested tha the other be rebated and added bank yo my account.

This company has stonewalled me sticking to their policy i was informed which i was not.

I was only given a barbacue kit and temporary checks when i opend this account, no explanation of service and no pamphlet.

I've been ripped off by this bacnk sovereign bank of new england. Please help. Thank you.
