Fraudulent chargs to my bank account

Our banking account continues to be billed regular by CCBILL.com from July to Dec. 2008 for 39.95 monthly. These charges are fraund costs. I'm confirming CCBILL towards the Indiana Attorneygeneral's workplace and also to the Greater Business Bureau of Louisville, KY and also to Indianapolis, and also to the PURSUIT lender fraud division.

I'm looking to get my cash back. I've never approved the corporation to cost my consideration and that I don't understand how they acquired my lender info.
