Termination of Account

I received notice in america Email that my Desire Card consideration continues to be ended - - my consideration was in exemplary position with CB&T and not any overdue payments. Our borrowing limit was $ 1,000.00 so that as of 1 December it's zero.

The notice tone suggests a the consideration was ended and that I was to blame.

However, upon calling customer support - I'm advised it was a "administration choice" and ALL Desire Card consumers were ended.

This Can Be A terrible method to be informed - -

When I have now been sustaining and repairing my credit score and rating - I don't understand if this bill termination may harm my credit rating having a bad comment.
