1 day late on payment wamu 9.9 to 28.9 Dallas Texas

Back in January WAMU wanted to increase my interest from 9.9 to 19.9 variable I told them no and just close the account. Remind you that I had never been late with them in since the account open in 2005. Also I had other accounts with them that account rate was 12.1 or so never been late with that account either.in October, I clicked to pay one account but some reason may be my fault but didn't do the other. The next day when I didn't recieve a payment recieved email I immediately checked it for payment and it wasn't there. So I then did the payment again this time it went through but because I was one day late 9.9 to 28.9 variable base of 19.8 and the other account also went up to 22.9. I go on the phone 3 or 4 times trying to get these people to get this interest dropped but without success. I ask to look at the history of the account that didn't help. I told them that I would rather go into default or go to collection before I pay this interest. Even when they had a good paying customer they wouldn't move. Like i told them they didn't have to look for me or call me or my job i corrected the mistake they didn't want to hear it. Like I was told when I was a kid"all money ain't good money" If they are willing to do good people any kind of way then where are we headed. Then to ask us as taxpayer to bail them out but willn't help me is so unfair. It's like F*ing me and wasn't nice enough for a reach around but until then even web site I go give me story to I am. Anyone I know with an account with them I tell them my story. I hope all of them go broke and have truely work for a living.
