Is a RIP-OFF consumer fraud

I got a call from Rochelle and authorized her to take $49.99 for my $7500 merchandise only credit card. Then the following Friday they took another $179.95 from my checking. I received a vredit card in the mail but there isn't a website that I can find. They gave me an account number of 7829300241101214.

I also received some paperwork. What can I do about this. I can't afford to have all this money taken out and getting nothing in return.

I was also told that the $179.95 would be refunded to me after my first initial purchase and payment.
