Cannot cancel my order. Cannot Talk to anyone. Web site canceled

After I examined my bank account, They'd billed me 44.85. I had been simply to be billed for delivery and handling. Tryed to phone but stated I'd need to maintain for 80 mins. Tryed to visit site but site was canceled. I am so angry. This seems like a skam in my experience
