Terrible people, criminal practices, doomed to fail, people rally!

After months of phone calls and faxes and pleas for help, i realize that none is coming. This company is beyond reason. At first i suspected incompetence, but after reading the complaints of others, at this site and others, i now feel something more sinister.

My arrangments with option one were thrown out the window when AHMSI took over "service" of my loan. My due date was bumped from the 16th to the 10th.inconvienent for someone living paycheck to paycheck (after disolving my savings while in a bout with cancer) and gets paid on the 15th.

Late fees are being accessed from 1 of my 2 part loans, which has been on auto draft since june '06, and nobody has given me any explaination. Too busy demanding i just shut up and pay.

Despite believing differently and signing no waiver (as required by law) my taxes and insurance have not been escrowed and i have been forced to pay them in full lump sum. This is how my broker brought my payments to
my requested amount. This change was not mentioned at the closing. Can anyone say fraud? Only if you can afford the lawyer's retainer, which i can't.

AHMSI refuses to consider modification because only one modification is allowed each year, and my loan was modified already. Not by me, but by them. George bush signed a bill to freeze arm intrest and this shuts the
door on my attempts to resolve this issue. Bush does one thing right and this company uses lame duck policy to refuse service to me.

There are enough messages regarding this company's rude associates, misplaced faxes, 60 days to do anything policy (at which time, you find out that nobody knows what they were supposed to be researching), that
i have left out many details. I figure most of you are already aware. I am working with naca and advise anyone with issues regarding AHMSI look into this group. Federally funded and genuine, i believe they are a staging point for assualt against this company. Visit naca.com to read up on them.
