I'm shocked that Washington Mutual Card Providers has transformed my rate of interest to 26.74% on the simple $1500.00 stability and that I believe this is theft in a period of such financial crisis and holidays and there must be regulations prohibiting them from being shylocks underneath the guise of the banks title. I'm mom of 5 kids and that I can't think that banks could possibly get away with such theft/oppression.
