Harassing Phone Calls

Today, at 8:34 PM I rec'd an unfamiliar telephone call from Javon from URS informing me that my mom offered him my telephone number since I owe the a debt to Dell. This Dell bill is in my own moms title and it is NOT in my own title by any means-condition-or type. He started to inform me that I had been "dooping" my mom for this statement which wasnt good, etc... WTF??? I never closed to get a Dell consideration, or did I provide this individual my UNPUBLISHED telephone number, or am I accountable for this statement. I simply cant amagin the nerve! I'm contacting the FTC tomorrow and joining a criticism against them-and calling them-and worrying for them (not this can help). Any recommendations?
