Community mortgage: illegal and shredding documents before law gets them, once they change things

I worked for Community Mortgage and after hearing all the illegal things they were doing as bosses, or said bosses, I made the decision to leave. With customers,
Ryan Bran, the so called partner of the mortgage company, would state that he would make changes with his computer (cut and paste) on clients bank statements, w-2's or anything that needed to make the deal go through. When speaking with other brokers and other processors they all told me that Ryan is all about what it takes to get the loan closed, no matter what. They also promise rates to clients but NEVER Lock the rates in, so at closing if the rates went up, they charge the client and the clients are not aware.
They ask us to do loan modification as well, charge 1500.00, and they really do nothing for this. So, the office I work in is suppose to be Community Mortgage, which they are under investigation so now they changed there name, and are planning on changing it again.
They don't pay the brokers on all the loans that they are suppose to, and they hold our money for weeks and sometimes months. If you leave because of the FRAUD and lies that this company does, then they will not pay you at all.
Most of all, be aware, they do lots of fraud, at this time that I am writing this, they have their receptionist always shredding boxes of files.
Ryan and the other owner, come across so nice and honest, and yet, with all the smiling he does, they are great at all the fraud.
Be aware, they will put you in any mortgage, to make the deal. As an employee, BE AWARE! As a customer, BE AWARE!
