Scam cards for people with bad credit to help make credit get worse

I have always paid my credit card account on time, then someone charged something to my account, it was not me, they were to investigate and put the money back on my account, well they did put the money back. I always check online to see what I have left before I use my card. It said I had so much money, x amount so I used my card, then I get a letter saying that they put too much noney back on my card, and they hope this is not an inconvience, ha ha., made me over the limit, so I continued to make my payments atleast the minimum amount due, most of the time more. Now I receive a letter that if I make $ 48.00 dollars a month payments that they will not charge interest or over the limit fees for 4 months, so I do this for 2 months, then I get a postcard saying that I am over the limit, they put the annual fee on which made me about 100 over the limit and then revoked my credit, what a scam, for about 2 years I made all payments on time. Then this.

I was really trying to improve my credit, whats the point? I think all credit cards for people with bad or no credit are to keep you with bad credit!
