Unable to Deal with CCS

CCS calls me on the daily schedule requesting cost of my challenge with RCN. I've never acquired an account they claim was delivered and WOn't deliver me a duplicate.ccS's reps are rude, unaware, uncooperative, won't hear and frighten. They're reluctant to speak with me. All-they need to know is what charge card I Will spend. I've talked using the Boston Office of the Attorneygeneral.
