Cancelled ordeer but still withdrawing money from my acount

This company, eventhough I tried to call and cancel. Is taking money out of my account for products not delivered. I've tried several times to call them but their mailboxes are always full. I feel this is but another attempt at defrauding customers who want to lose weight, and fell victim to these unscrouplous people. I have followed up with my state investigatory departmenht here in Colorado. And know I am contacting the news.
