Advanta Stealing without using a gun

I filed a report awhile ago and have read all the recent reports on this bastard company but the only so called actions suggested were to"contact government agencies", "your reps", "the media", "BBB's", etc.
But in reading all reports I ave seen no PROGRESS or resolutions posted!
I can only assume then that no one has succeded in any action against this terrible company.
Is this correct?
I for one, a WW2 vet, 82 years old but still able to see what is happening in this country we gave our lives too, cannot believe that we can stand by and let this thievery go on!
I reluctantly am considering Chapter 7 as the only way to "stick it to them"
since some of the charges made to ADVANTA was for medical and we cannot afford to continue any more charges.
Since they will not listen and reduce interest than they CAN LOSE IT ALL!!!
If anyone has a better solution or idea please answer this reort.
