They are scammers

Just how can these folks take an individuals earnings with no caution or providing an individual an opportunity to visit courtroom to try and protect themselfs. Whenever you attempt to contact them-they never reply the telephone or provide you with voice-mail they never return plus they wont actually let you know who or the things they are gathering for. I recentley refinanced my house and there is nothing on my credit history concerning the debt they're garnishing my earnings for. This type of person a laugh and really should be released of business.
