Kinder Homes Sales Inc. Ramy Tarawneh, Jack Kinder, Debra Ann Currie Why will Kinder Homes not give back 20,000.00 of a disable vets money

Im a Dsiable Vet of the US Navy.in Feb. Of this year my wife contacted a mobile home company (Kinder Homes) to finally get a new home. We have been renting for years and was ready to try to get a place to call our own. At that time we put 100 dollar deposit to the General manager Ramy Tarawneh. He told us we can pick from any model on the lot. So we did.in April we were contacted by Ramy saying we will need more of a down payment. We went back to Ocala and gave them another 19,900.00. Which made our total 20,000.00.

A few weeks after we gave the deposit my wife had an ectopic pregnancy. She almost lost her life and we did loose our child. At that time i asked for my money back as we were going to have some hospital bills but ramy said we are so close to closing that we should not give up.

Our contract that we signed said they must close within 120 days so we waited. As of September we still have not closed and we were getting frustrated. 2 weeks in a row Debra the finance manager kept saying we are closing next Wednesday but they would the day before cancel. The last straw was we asked for them to sign a paper in writing saying you will close this week or we get our refund back. They wrote out the letter but on the bottom wrote out if the home isn't on the property by Nov. 28th we forfeit our money and foreclosure procedures will be implace.

Little did we know that Nov. 28th was the deadline to get the mobile on the property or we would have to get financed again. As the housing market is now i wasn't sure that we could get financed again. So i went and got a lawyer. Paid him to send a letter to Kinder saying they breach the contract by not having the home on the property in 120 days.

Kinder now says they are keeping all of our money and we are at a lost of what to do. What they don't know is the property that we were going to put the home on is long gone. Any help from anyone out there let us know. We are trying to avoid a lawsuit but what can we do. Please if anone is trying to buy a new mobile home to not go to Kinder they dishonered the disable vet.
