Litlow Law Office threating to sue me if I don't pay debt. Said judgement has already been entered but have been served with no papers

My wife received a letter from Litlow Law Office, P.C.
The letter sais "As you already know, a judgement has been entered in this matter against you". How is this possible if she hasn't been served or even contacted by any agency, public or private. The letter don't even tell us who the debtor is, all they have is an RE: Excalibur II, LLC. There is no court case number just their referance number. They have the correct address on it but it has my wife's maiden name.

It goes on to say that "to save each of us the expense and time of appearing in court, we would like to conduct an informal asset examination". The second page they sent her was a Personal Financial Statement wanting her to claim all her assets. We have checked her credit and their is no judgements on it. We have received nothing from the courts or anything. We just got married and we are expecting a baby in Febuary.

I just got back from Iraq about a year ago after serving 22 months away from home over there. I just want to start my life with my new wife and family and this gets in the way. I am sick and tired of backdoor crap like this. Don't the little guy have any rights. I don't have money at this time and I am needing advise with what to do. Thank you.
