Months later, you get billed $47 on your credit card under the vendor name of NEIGHBORHOOD SOLUTIONS, BRANDON FL. I scratched my head trying to figure out what I purchased. Then I searched the web and found what I was looking for on rip off report thanks to others who have made prior reports.
