Contacted by regular mail with credit card offer — supposedly pre-approved for 5,000 dollars. I did not send any fee ($45.00) which was requested because I was suspect of a fraudulent scheme. I find this website on the internet and decided to complete this report. I hope I have been helpful to potential and past victims. Thank you.
