I tried to call to cancel my order during the trial period. Was on hold for 45 minutes waiting to talk to someone. Finally hung up and sent them an email to cancel the order. About 2 weeks later I saw the charge on my bank statement. Tried to call again and was on hold over an hour waiting to talk to someone. Sent them another email to cancel. Then found all the online posts recounting horror stories of other people scammed by this same company. I then called my bank, blocked their further charges, then cancelled my account and set up a new one per advice posted online.
