Modification Mess!

I am currently going through a modification that I had started with Aurora Loan Services starting back on April 28. I had faxed the modification application on this date and never received any contact from Aurora in regards to the status or updates on the mod. After numerous failed attempts to find out the status and getting the runaround from just about everyone in the company, I kept calling everyone in the corporate office, leaving message after message. Come August I receive the paperwork with the new figures and rate, and I returned the paperwork within one business day. Again the waiting game began... I was originally assigned to Paul Bissonnette, Loan Resolution Counselor III, who failed to follow up with the modification and could not answer any questions, not to mention not returning phone calls or emails. So with no response from Paul, I was assigned to Terry Martin, High Risk - Business Litigation Support, who promised he would straighten everything out and get the modification pushed through. After not hearing from Terry for over a month, I dropped him an email to ask of the status. He replied back "thanks for the reminder" and never got any follow ups. After we had signed the initial modification paperwork, we continued to make the modified payment amounts although they weren't set into our account with the reflected payment amounts. This is from August until now... I received a letter of delinquency from them last week saying I'm three months behind. I have full documentation that we have been paying all of the months they are claiming we were delinquent. Aurora had been taking our payments and put them into a suspense account. Now they have damaged my credit, not to mention when they did apply the suspense account money, they applied it only to the principal for the one payment. Nice of them to pay themselves back first! Isn't this fraud... I'm still holding on to this house and have been fighting the battle of my life with this company, but my patience are running thin... Anyone have any suggestions... My PMI company contacted me in regard to the delinquency and they are fighting with Aurora now since I had to resubmit the mod info to them...
