I ordered a CD only and was charged an additional unauthorized charge of 49.95. After viewing this charge on my bank statement, on October the second I called my bank and the 1-800 558-0064 customer service number for Grant Funding Source and was told the money would be refunded to my account. This took place on 10/08. To this day I have not recieve my refund!
