Understanding (By distribution of Interrogatories for them) that my single revenue is from Social Security Disability, they offered my lender with documents mandating a writ of garnishment to become taken from my consideration with no previous notice in my experience that resources were likely to be removed. Just after I (the Offender) obtained paper-work from their store (Marcadis & Assoc.) to complete and deliver towards the Worker of Surfaces be "Exempt" from Garnishment did I discover they had previously removed resources from my bill where my Social Security check is instantly transferred each month! This really is ILLEGITIMATE!!!
