I refinanced my 1st and 2nd mtg's into a first only. I was told that my payemnts would be 950/mo for 15 years. March, I had to do an extension, to pay the UNescrowed taxes, and such.

EVER since then, the payments, have not been right! I have not revieved a monthly statement since December of and just recently, I recieved a tax statement, which I noticed that in I paid roughly 7000, in intrest. This past year, I paid almost 11,000 in intrest.

I have a fixed rate mortgage, and the intrest was 11.895, in June, I just got a pay-off amount sent to me, at my request, and It now says the int rate is 11.99... They call that a fixed rate? Also, the mtg is 81,000 to pay off, and the origonal mtg was 77,000. I have seemed to have paid no principal on the mortgage, and since i get no ststements, I dont know if i am behind or not, or where the payment is dispersed, as far as int and principal goes.

Also, they sent me a forclosure notice, to my ex's apartment, when at the time it was mailed, i was only 34 days late, NOT 60, like they were saying.

They have taken as long as 21 days to process payments, and then they say that the payment is late. They have said that it has been late for the last 23 months. I dont get it, and without the monthly statements coming to me, I got no proof. Also, they call and harrass me at my place of employment, they call my ex, and harrass him (and his name isnt even on the mortgage).

They also tried to say that there is no homeowners ins on the mtg, and that the taxes are deliquent, when i got the proof they are, and have been PAID!!! They can take the time to send an UNTRUE fact, they surely can take the time to send a monthly statement.

Speaking of which, I was contacted, last month, by a former Conseco loan officer, in which I was informed that Conseco deliberatley holds mtg statements, to confuse the clients, and to squeeze extra payments out of them, and the former officer was trying to figure out how in the world Conseco even financed the 1st and 2nd together, with the property having no equity, and such.
So as it stands, if it is 81,000 to pay off my current mtg, and the property is appraised at 60,000, that means

I got to come up with at least 20,000 to pay the difference, just to get out of this situation, but its financially IMPOSSIBLE!!!
