The mortgage in dispute is a fraudulent mortgage and this is known to Fairbanks and Manufacturers traders and Trust (MTT). The signature was forged by a husband who was divorced as quickly as possible. There were no real witnesses to the signature as the papers, we found them, were faxed. This was reported and investigated by the police and they saw it as forgery. Soon does not read or write the English language. She is Korean.

Fairbanks and MTT have sent thugs to this property who broke into the house causing a heart attack. The neighbors currently house Soon who is afraid to go home. These attempts at intimidation have gone on for two years and have been reported to the police. Each time the thugs have a letter of authority from the mortgage company.

This property was awarded to Soon, by the judge, at the divorce hearing two years ago but the mortgage company does not recognize this. She is scheduled to appear in court next Wednesday, the 19th in another telephone conference set by their attorneys in an attempt to set a date of foreclosure. Soon is represented by a neighbor as her POA. This person knows nothing about law and Soon cannot afford an attorney.

How can they possibly commit such violent abuse and no one can stop them? This is still the USA, I think. Talk about a NIGHTMARE
