I, also, am a target of AFNI, Inc., Bloomington, IL. It began in 9 after I eventually named in regards to a selections notice to get a wire business used to donot understand. As it happens that it had been a business I'd support with 18 years earlier (21 today)! I told the person I spoke to that I'dnot be spending it since it was so aged which used to donot think I actually owed the cash. The following week it had been on my credit history to be "exposed in 10". I submitted 2 reviews with FTC and questioned it with Equifax twice. It is still on my credit history. Equifax examined and found the final outcome that it's a "legitimate debt".in April of I named the organization again and spoke to some "boss" who explained the ultimate statement was submitted 11. I shifted from that city in 1990 after preventing all providers! Meanwhile, they've billed me $73 more to get a Qwest bill that I actually donot owe and that's today on my statement aswell. I simply submitted my 3rd criticism with FTC in addition to a towards the Oregon Attorney General. I actually donot understand what it'll try get these folks to prevent. It would appear that they are able to cost individuals with any amount of cash for almost any phony debt! In my own situation, they're creating fake obligations from businesses that I have completed company with significantly, far previously. Perhaps we are able to group together to prevent them. Do what "Type Action Suit" sound great to anyone???
