Ripoff consumer rip-off fraud

I was called by Credit Services in November saying that I was pre-approved for a credit card with a processing fee of $159. The $159 was debited from my checking account in November.

I called them and I was told that it was in the mail on the 13th of Nov. 2002.

To this day I'm still waiting on my credit card to arrive in the mail. I have been calling the phone number given and they are all disconnected.
