Ripoff ripoff business from hell

I was called by Card Benefits in October saying that I was pre-approved for a credit card and all I needed to recieve my card was to give them $249.00 processing fee. The $249.00 was deducted from my checking account in October.

I was told by the company that I would Receive a shopping card and catalog, free satelite dish and a cellular phone. I didn't receive anything.

I called and requested a refund and I was told that my money was in the mail. I've been calling for months and I recieve no answer at the phone number.
