Unauthorized Debit

I was reviewing my account online and noticed a debit out of my account in the amount of $39.95. Payment was to MB Hot Planet and a toll-free number was provided with a reference number. I called and had them reverse the charge since I did not authorize the debit. I was told by the bank to close the account and open a new one.
