Company opens an account that shows paid in full and continues to charge fees and take money from my account

I receive a phone call on a cell phone, which is work only, stating they are Windham professionals and that I owe them for a debt they have in their possession. I was told I owe over 21000 with fees and charges to them. So I went into this account in question and it states paid in full. I had student loans, the school went bankrupt, the credits were not valid and the student loan lender had me fill out forms to resolve the matter and clear the debt up, and it was paid in full per them and the account records and my credit report. But now Windham is showing I owe them the amount of the loans plus interest plus fees so what was 6000 turned into 20000 plus. So I get harassed by Maureen about 5 calls a day while I am at work and at obscene hours as well at home. She starts to call my fianc's mom and harass her, but that is funny because when I took out the loan I didn't even know them, they found her number by the address my mail was going to. They then tell me I must surrender my bank account information to them or they were attaching my wages and taking all of my income. So I did and they begin to take out money at inconsistent intervals and cause me a bounced fee. Then they continue to call and harass me and even after I submitted my paperwork showing the account is paid in full, they said that they will not honor it because it isn't paperwork from them. IT IS PAPERWORK FROM THE LENDER!!! How can they not honor it? I am being ripped off!!! This is ridiculous and to be harassed on the phone and for the woman's language is out of control. SOME ONE PLEASE HELP!!! I am a mom of 2 little boys and I need this to be stopped, they are not collecting a legitimate loan and causing our family much distress!
