Took my money and never sold my timeshare and refuse to talk to me on the telephpne. The person name is the manager Sebashan

I have tried calling several times to find out what is going on since I paid them $399.00 dollars to sell my timeshare and they tell me that Sebashan is in, but as soon as I say who is calling then they tell me they will get back to me. Once when I called they had the nerve to hang up the telephone on me. When I first caled to sell my timeshare Sebashan was the only person that kept calling me almost every day and now he won't even come to the telphone.
