Seller Won't Ship to Unconfirmed Address, I Cannot Cancel Order

I have just discovered that the company I purchased a product from does not ship to users with an "Unconfirmed Address" on their PayPal account. Apparently this is the case for all international accounts, mine included. The status of the order was marked as completed immediately after the transaction, so there was no chance of canceling it.

I contacted both PayPal and the company I purchased the product from. I have received no response from the company, and I received notice from PayPal that the only possible method to obtain a refund is by contacting the company and requesting that they use the PayPal refund services to refund the purchase price. I am now at the mercy of a company that only sends automated responses to all emails. Please help! What can I do to retrieve my money?
