Price Max cost

I recently bought something out of this site: http://www.intelius.com/, and was afterwards chared 19.95 for anything called Worth Max. The client support representative about the telephone mentioned I should have "joined my email address twice about the Worth Max banner". I stated even when I did so, I most definitely didn't provide them with my charge card info. They eliminated the costs, but this really is fairly insanse. An outright fraud. Prevent this site no matter what.
