I wanted everyone to be aware of National Consumer Council, Inc. They will call on the phone as a telemarketer. They prey on people that are in bad financial situations. The BBB states they already have your credit report and know you have a hardship situation before they call you.

Since I am dealing with Conseco Finance as I have reported, I e-mailed the Better Business Bureau in California before getting involved with them. Much to my dismay and anger that there is another dishonest company out there preying on unsuspecting people. I am reporting to everyone what I pulled up from the BBB web site and wanted to tell all unsuspecting people with financial hardship problems.

The report is as bad as Conseco Finance. The company is rated as having an unsatisfactory business performance record based on a pattern of complaints that cause the BBB concern. The complaints are widespead from not paying your debts and causing additonal hardships with late penalties and interest added to account balances to unsettled complaints regarding solicitation laws.
