Unauthorized billing

I saw an email advertisement for pom-clear and answered and ordered the 'free-sample' that has cost me to date $39.95. I spoken to John, Greg, Jezell and James the floor-Supervisor who stated that there were not managers. I asked him for his supervisor, he stated that this was as high as I could get. His supervisor does not take calls. I explained in 3 different languages what had transpired in all of these conversations and what had been told to me by his people, and in essence he said 'Too bad. It's up to the consumer to pay attention when ordering'. I informed him that I had attempted to return this product and was instructed by John and Greg to keep. James said, there was a miscommunication and the best he could/would do was give me a $15 credit. I am SORRY that I ever attempted to try this product.
