Scam?

Im searching for any details about a notice I received out of this organization saying I gained a drawings.in my opinion it to great to become accurate, but I appears more legit than every other corny contests notice. They delivered me a check to deal with my taxes and control costs, within the quantity of 3150.00. I do want to understand if other people has received such notice before or easily might have really gained anything. I named the man and he promises I DONT need to purchase something, sign-up for anything or provide every other info besides my title, tackle, and telephone number. However the notice statements I just have 6 times to responed to release the cash. Normally it's " announced uncliamed based on (Part 7C)." Any data might support.
