$530,000 Total sum of money gone missing from Derick Coles Escrow Account - Investigation - can you assist? Sarasota & Kissimee USA / England

I trusted Derick Coles to act as my agent for a Green Card application, the sum concerned was $500,000 with a $30,000 fee for his company.

The immigration file had to be submitted by Friday 14th November at the very latest.

Derick Coles has not handed over the funds I sent to him on the 12 August to the correct Escrow account. Derick Coles has used these funds for other purposes than those which they were intended, at no time did I give my pernmission / authority for this to happen. I spoke with Derick Coles and he refuses to tell me what he has done with the money, stating that he cannot remember!

I have appointed an attorney to find and recapture these funds, to this end I would like to know from anyone else and prove if necessary if Derick Coles has acted in the way to previous clients, if you have been the subject of unscrupoulus behaviour by derick Coles than e-mail me at investigatingcoles@live.com

I will do all I can to put a stop to this type of dishonest action by this man.
