Rude and seems like a scam

The corporation continues to be calling me non-stop for some years today, declaring that I'd students mortgage which was in selections that I never settled. I had been small, silly, and simply got out-of university and that I didnt understand much better. Therefore, I began producing little funds in some places over it. The only real declaration theyve actually delivered me is one which is from their letterhead. I thought I combined all my loans with Chase Student Loans Providers however they demand on me having these loans in the mother Panel of figuratively speaking. One man from there that has named me promises to become Billy Vasil or Milly Basil. He slurs his phrases so when I told him I had been producing monthly obligations of $50 and thats how it was gonna be to prevent contacting me, he got really rude and was fairly insulting. I dont endure anybody speaking with me like this, nevermind some man from the collection company. And so I chose to do some study because he keeps calling and departing harrasing messages. I had been simply curious what my privileges were, how do I discover if this can be a fraud, and so what can I actually do? How do I create the calls quit?
