Refusal to close my bank accounts

Parents beware... I'm a 96 year-old widow that has accounts with Residents Bank, who's declining to shut my records.

They acknowledged my notarized notice to alter my tackle, but a few months later after I delivered a notarized notice to shut my checking account, they've repeatedly declined, 1st stating my trademark did not complement my previous signature card subsequently closing with needing me to obtain a POA and also have the POA submit the demand. I'm very effective at managing my very own matters

Which is really adding insult to damage. I got the low-necessary action of getting my signature notarized due to age-related trademark variance. I've submitted a using the Comptroller of the currency, Manager of National Banks

And also have delivered a notice to James G. Connolly, President, Citizens Bank... Stay tuned for that results
