Threats/lying/trying to extort money on paid debt

I had been approached by Mark Cooper to contact him instantly regarding a debt before further motion was started. I called him back. He mentioned I owed cash to get a check that hadn't been compensated. Mentioned check was created in July, they'd spoke with me on August 18 and mentioned I stated I'd spend the check and hadn't done so. The check was compensated, removed my lender on August 19. Quantity was settled to Cybrcollect to whom I owed the cash. I attempted to inform Mr. Cooper that it had been compensated. He'd not I would like to talk, was terribly rude and threatening. He mentioned I currently owed not just the initial quantity, but that I owed more. I questioned many times just how much I owed and he ultimately mentioned the total amount. It had been $150 significantly more than the initial quantity. He explained I'd have to contact Cybrcollect, ask them to deliver a paid entirely notice on the letterhead to him which it must be looked after from the following day.
