I received a letter from Comsumer First stating for a fee of 45.00 I could receive a credit card for 5000.00 and if I send 49.00 they can put a rush on the card. I have not received my credit card but have received my bank statement showing it has been cashed, the check was dated 1/9/03. I want a refund and need to know how to stop this scam.
