Ripoff consumer rip-off fraud Uniontown PA

I did not sign up for this account and they took $179.90 out of my checking account. I did not receive any notice that this was going to happen. I went to the website and I couldnt find a phone number so I had to research online for half an hour just to get one. I found 2 they are 1-800-262-4192 and 1-800-580-1065.

I called and spoke to a representative named Shannon and she told me that there was nothing she could do about the charges. Basically she said that the money was taken out on Feb 3 and that it wont go through until Feb 12, then I have to wait 7-10 business days before I get a "welcome packet" and I have to call them back to get a cancellation number and send them the packet back.

Then of course it will take another 3-5 days until that goes through. The problem with all that is, if you dont do all this within 30 days of them taking money out of your account then you cant have your money refunded. I feel that they make you go through that whole process just so the 30 days will be over and you cant get your money.

This is a rip-off and I will do everything to get my money back. I can tell you that the first thing you need to do is go to your bank and tell them you want the transaction reversed. Becuase as the represenative I talked to told me, your bank is the only way to get your money back without having to go through their "process".

This is a scam and I feel sorry for anyone who has to go through it. I will be going to my bank today to see if I can get this resolved. I want you to know that your bank legally has to help and if they dont then be as persistant as you can because no one should get away with something like this.
